Listings that fail to meet platform criteria may be removed.
3. 💳 Payment & Wallet Policy
All booking payments are processed through Menorca Beach Stays.
- Guests pay through our secure checkout
- Hosts receive earnings in their internal wallet
- Hosts may request withdrawals anytime
- A 5% platform fee is applied to host earnings
- Chargebacks or disputes may temporarily place payouts on hold
We do not share, store, or sell payment data.
4. 📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking rules must be followed by both parties:
- Guests must respect the host’s cancellation terms displayed on the listing
- Hosts must honour confirmed reservations
- Reservations may not be altered without mutual agreement
- Any attempt to bypass the platform (offline payments/side deals) is prohibited
Unauthorized behaviour can result in account restrictions.

To maintain a high standard of Menorca holiday stays:

Hosts must:

Excessive mess, misuse, or rule violations may lead to additional charges.
