📅 How Bookings Work

• Guests can request or instantly book, depending on your settings.
• Payment is collected securely at booking.
• You receive a dashboard + email notification for every reservation.
• Payouts are released after withdrawl request.

💳 Payments & Fees

• Secure payouts via Bank or PayPal.
• Host receives earnings minus platform fee + taxes/chargebacks (if any).
• Monthly payout summaries available in your dashboard.
• Payment data handled under PCI-compliant, GDPR-aligned standards.

🧾 Taxes & Local Rules

• Hosts must handle tourist taxes, VAT, and income tax according to Spanish/Balearic requirements.
• Menorca municipalities may have specific rental rules — check your local office.
